Operate 15 jobs at any one time, wtih a team of 3 permanent staff and 20-30 contractors. Couples in their 50s and older, often people who have been successful in business and might be selling out. Usually from wealthier suburbs like REmuera, Mission Bay, St Heliers, Kohi, North Shore, AKL central, Mt Eden, Grey Lynn, Epsom
